2. This is an as is where is auction. All decsriptions are just the auctioneers opinion. You are responsible for doing your own inspection of the items. If an item is sold as working you can test it at pickup before taking the item to make sure it works, after leaving the auction it is considered yours and not our responsibility.
3. Shipping. We do offer shipping on any item that can be shipped through the mail. Shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not give shipping estimates. We put insurance on all priority mail items but if they deny a claim it is not our responsibility.
4. If you are injured on the premise you may not hold Brooks LeFeber Auctions or the owner of the property accountable. If you bring people with you to load we are not responsible for them you are.

This is a decent sized farm with tons of equipment as well as items in the house. Most of the equipment has been stored in barns and not used the last few years. THere is a Farmal M. INternational 504 with loader,International 785 and an International 865. We did get it to fire up with a jump and drive but it appears to be stuck in low gear. We could not get into neutral high or reverse. We... 2 tire chains for the 856 fit 18.4r 38 these were on the trator in useable shape 3 International 784 tractor runs has brand new battery fired up seems to run fairly well this was their primary tractor on the farm seems to nee a new wire to the alternator 3 tire chains fit the 784 18 4 -34 on 16 rims 4 Farmall M Tractor just rolled out of the barn have not tried to get running yet was running when stored more pics coming 5 international Farmall 504 with loader was used a few years ago and was running fine we are trying to charge the battery will update shortly we towed it over from the other barn and it rolls good brakes work 5 tire chains think these are for the 504 not pos wheel size 14 9 38 6 tandem disc hydraulic line is blown but cylinder wroked intil it blew on us . 7 cultipacker looks to be in working order and decent shape 8 haybine teeder small 2 tine 9 16' transport drag Brillion this is in real good shape will get pics of it out of the weeds 10 Running gear we towed it down from upper field and it towed straight 11 rv this is for scrap no title rough condition you remove it is on the edge of a field and you can drive right up to the front of it No keys no title unsure if motor is free This is your chance to have a breaking bad moment 12 large snow blower comes with pto. was used on the 856 was stored in the barn 13 brush hog 6 ft looks really good. probably the newest piece of equipment was stored in barn 14 40ft hay elevator stored in barn rolls good tires seem decent had air in them when we moved it 15 Manure spreader New Holland 155 rolled good was stored in barn has some rust but looks to be in working order 16 power Feeder motor is not stuck has compression 17 gas tank on a skid. used for regular gas there may be a small amount of gas in it but almost empty 18 diesel tank this is a converted home heating oil tank does have some diesel in it but almost empty 19 sprayer no tanks the gas tanks are not included Not sure of the purpose of this sprayer and may be best used for parts. looks like it attaches to a 3 point hitch 20 24 in Lawn roller it rolls and is very heavy 21 running gear was in a part of the barn that fell in we may cut the hay wagon part of and just leave the platform if we get a chance update we cleared off what would come off easily 23 Ford 3 plus 1 blade plow big this looks in good shape can be down sized into a 3 blade plow was stored in the barn 24 implement part for haybine 279 not sure what this went to 25 international Harvester weights lot of 3 these are i believe the 100 pound ones they are the Largest sized ones 3 for one money 26 John Deer 111 Lawn tractor motor does turn but has not been used in years 27 PTO generator on cart 28 Yamaha Inviter looks to be all there but not used in 30 years no title 29 this big grey thing sandblaster? not sure what it is but is metal 30 tractor weights international harvester 100lb lot of 2 these are the big ones there are 2 for one money 31 saw blade 36 inch was hanging on wall looks to be straight 32 Milwaukee rotary hammer drill in box w accessories 33 34 Haybine New Holland 276 we hooked it up and it ran . we did not try to bail any hay but just hooked the pto to it. seems to be complete. comes with extra box of twine 35 Dion Silage blower condition unknown 36 sileage wagon dion looks to be solid 1 tire is flat have not tried to pump it up yet has the nice big tires 37 sprayer all i know is it rolls 38 Hay Wagon rolls good comes with those real nice C clamps on the 1 side. 39 haybine New holland 469 the hydraulics worked enough for us to move it that is all I know about It we did leave the hydraulics in the up position so you can just hook on and tow it home 40 hay rake new Holland seems to spin 41 sickle mower may be best for scrap 41 back blade believe it is a 7 foot very straight 42 buzz saw rig on wheels it does roll saw is frozen great lawn 44 tractor weights international harvester lot of 7 these are the smaller size I believe they are 75 pound 45 Milk Tank Stainelss steel will have to be tipped on its side to go out the doorway. looks in good shape hass cooling connected to it you can take the compressor if you wantyou are responsible for removing i think it is 8 feet long 46 DE LAVAL milking system you get th sink, the system there is about 200 feet of stainless lines all the controls and all of the milkers and any parts laying around 47 suction system in the barn we flipped switch and it turne on 48 gutter system in the barn this has around 300 feet of powered gutter. as well as the loader chute that would empty into the manure spreader yes it does work. was replaced at some point. will get better pics you can literally back a truck up to chute and have it load the bars ... 48 2 gates 10 ft in used conditon you get both of them for 1 price 50 grain drill international harvester was stored in back of barn working condition unknown 51 cast iron bed has the rails 52 tools back wall of rt barn axe fork level you get them all 60 cement mixer needs tires they are rotted off 61 sign lot the clay one i think is the top to an implement but should clean up some 62 dolley rolls good 65 large furnace be good scrap may work dated 2010 66 snow fencing 2 rolls both in right tractor barn 68 tractor umbrella not sure which one it was used for no rips 69 barbed wire rolls multiple rolls 70 20 in kids bike seems in good condition 71 contents garage on 2nd house scrap antique mirror computers misc you get everything in there but the bike there are 2 sheets of osb in decent condition 75 15 ft chain very heavy duty this is the biggest one has 1 hook and a loop at the other end 75 20ft chain double eneded plus 2 small chains the 2 small are single ended 78 implement tines not sure what they go to seem in useable condition or repurpose 79 scaffolding cross bars no scaffolding just pile of the cross bars 81 aluminum extension ladder 20 ft i think it is a 20 foot may be longer 82 vintage parts display yes it is cool and yes you should buy it.
