All firearms will be processed and picked up from Sohn & Associates office located at 12600 N. Green River Rd. in Evansville, IN. (Only a very short drive from the auction site). Processing & Pickup will be available following the auction Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm. A $10 transfer fee will be charged for each firearm. 

Shipping Instructions:  While Sohn & Associates will assist, all shipping and handling charges are the complete responsibility of the winning bidder. Storage, insurance, tear-down, loading and removal of items is at the sole risk, expense, and liability of the buyer. Any items not removed on scheduled pick-up dates may be charged a daily storage fee at a rate determined by the auctioneer, and/or resold with NO REFUND returned to the buyer. By bidding on the items, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Check-Out / Pick-Up Dates & Times:  Thursday October 25th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A fork truck with driver will be available. Bidders are responsible for packing, loading, and moving all items purchased.

All firearms will be processed and picked up from Sohn & Associates office located at 12600 N. Green River Rd. in Evansville, IN. (Only a very short drive from the auction site). Processing & Pickup will be available following the auction Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm. A $10 transfer fee will be charged for each firearm. 

Shipping Instructions:  While Sohn & Associates will assist, all shipping and handling charges are the complete responsibility of the winning bidder. Storage, insurance, tear-down, loading and removal of items is at the sole risk, expense, and liability of the buyer. Any items not removed on scheduled pick-up dates may be charged a daily storage fee at a rate determined by the auctioneer, and/or resold with NO REFUND returned to the buyer.
