If you are claiming your sales tax exemption for resale, agricultural, or parts exemption, you will need to fill out the Nebraska Form 13. We will email it to you after the auction. You must fill out, sign, and mail with your check. Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% will be applied to all taxable items unless a form 13 is filled out or on file with the auction company. Online bidders have 10% buyers premium capped at $500 added to their purchases. No buyers premium onsite. Items with titles are subject a $25 title transfer fee. Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bidder agrees that everything is sold in "as is" condition and that they may not return items they purchased. Adam Marshall Auctioneers is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidders. Bidders acknowledge and understand that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall a bidder have any claim against Adam Marshall Auctioneers or anyone else if the internet service fails to operate correctly before or during the live auction. Adam Marshall Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged should use the proxibid-bidding feature allowing them to leave their maximum bid before the auction begins.
