This is an online auction only. All bids entered are an agreement to purchase said item and signifies that the bidder has examined the item to their satisfaction or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All sales are final. No returns for any reason. We describe all items to the best of our ability however all items are sold as is, where is with no guarantee. If you have questions on any item, contact us before you bid. You can call us at 402-469-7356 M-F 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. central time. We are open throughout the week for you to come in and inspect any item up for auction. Please see our business hours. We also reserve the right to reject any bid for any reason at our sole discretion. Buyer's Premium & Tax: Please note that there is a 7% sales tax applied to all purchases unless you have a tax exempt number on file with us or the item is tax exempt. There is also a 13% buyer's premium applied to all purchases. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, check and cash. Call in payment or pay in person within 48 hours of auction end. If items are not picked up during allotted time, your credit card will be charged. Staggered & Soft Closing: The auction will begin closing at 7:00 pm CDT on October 8th. One lot will end every 17 seconds. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of any lot. All items purchased must be picked up on Tuesday after the auction unless other arrangments are made before bidding. All items are sold with local pick up or shipping. Items can be picked up Tuesday 12 noon - 6 p.m. The credit card on file will be charged 48 hours after the auction end if items have not been picked up and paid for. If items are not picked up within 48 hours, the items are disposed of at the auctioneers discretion. If items need to be shipped, you will pay actual shipping costs plus a $10 handling fee. All shipping will be handled in house as to keep shipping costs down. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction, extend bidding or cancel bidding in the case of system failures. We also reserve the right to add or remove items from the auction. Neither the company providing the software nor Tri-City Auction Center shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. All items sell as is with no warrany or guarantee. ***NOTE: You must have a current photo ID and either a Nebraska Firearm Purchase Permit, Nebraska Conceal Carry Permit or FFL to bid on any firearm. NO EXCEPTIONS. These also must be presented at time of pick up and you will be required to complete a Firearm Transaction form 4473. Firearms can be mailed to your local FFL for pick up.***
