BID INCREMENTS: Bidding increment are: $1 and UP $1.00 STAGGERED AND SOFT CLOSE: Staggered Close: each lot ends 30 seconds after the previous lot (several second delay between each lot, so all lots don't end at the same time). Soft Close: Bidding activity will extend three (3) minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last three (3) minutes. Bidding will be extended until there are no more bids. PRACTICE BIDDING LOT: This lot is used for test bidding and to place sample and practice bids. Feel free to bid on this lot, these are sample bids only. MAX BID AMOUNT: If you are not going to be available when the auction ends you can place a max bid.
