All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied unless we say an item is tested and working, then you have our word and a 48 hr guarantee (gives you time to get it home and plug it in). On all listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. It is YOUR responsibility to pre-check the items and verify it to your liking. We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. Yes, We want you to come down and look at the items. Call to make sure I'm there (503-756-5637). Lots close at 20 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots) Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment must be paid within 24 hours after the auction. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. If you can't do this, please do not bid. We can now take credit cards over the phone, please contact us. Pick Up: Friday and Saturday following the auction at our location in Vancouver. It is easy to get to but please make appointment to make sure we will be available. If items not picked up within 30 days of paying, they may be resold or given away with no compensation to purchaser.
