ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: PICKUP - Payment is due by WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 1st 12pm-2pm. BRING YOUR LOCK TO TAKE POSSESSION OF THE LOCKER AT THAT TIME. Unit must be completely emptied and all items removed by SATURDAY, AUGUST 4th @ 8pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. Using the on-site dumpster or other waste management on auction property is not permitted. If Buyer fails to pick up on scheduled time or does not leave the unit broom swept clean, your bidding privileges will be suspended and a $150 deposit will be charged. By bidding in this auction you agree to the terms and conditions. Your invoice will be emailed to you upon completion of auction!
