Payment can be made by cash or credit card / pay-pal. There is an 15% buyer's premium for credit cards and 12% with cash payment.
IF YOU INTEND TO PAY CASH, YOU MUST CALL AHEAD OF TIME AND LET US KNOW, BEFORE THE END OF THE SALE. OTHERWISE, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASES.
Pick up will be Monday, August 6th or Tuesday, August 7th, from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. You must make an appointment BEFORE you show up.

Hello, We are hosting our first true online estate sale. This is a small three bedroom home, located 15 miles east of Huntsville, TX. The house is small, but is stuffed full of stuff. There are appliances, a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a washing machine and a dryer. There are household and patio furniture, clothing, quilts, blankets, and towels. There are also lots of small kitchen appliances and gadgets. There are a few antique items such as a butter churn and old cast iron irons. But most of all there are lots of box lots of miscellaneous items. You really need to look close at all the photos to see what is in all the boxes. You might find something you cannot live without. There is also a push lawn mower and gardening tools. The address for the pick-up of your items will be e-mailed to winning bidders after the sale.
