Sales tax is not applied to items shipped out of state. If you live in Florida we will charge sales tax based upon the county the coins are shipped to. US coins are not taxable in the state of FL. Bullion is not taxable over $500. You Will receive one invoice with shipping costs added once they are calculated (No Latter than Monday Following the Auction). We ship out all items by Wednesday following the auction. Coins and Currency are guaranteed to be authentic. You must contact us within five days of receipt of your coins if you feel your coins and currency are not authentic. Coins and Currency are guaranteed to be authentic unless otherwise noted. Otherwise all property is sold 'AS IS WHERE IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Auctions by Wallace may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. For larger purchases we have found that the cost for insurance is less than half the cost of insurance through the Post Office. Any Package with a total sale price of over $200 will be shipped with a Signature Guarantee. The fall of the hammer is determined when the software says sold. We can not reopen any lot once a lot is sold or passed.
