4. The items have been displayed and each purchaser shall be held to have satisfied himself as to the conditions, identity, and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make any objection after the sale, whatsoever.
5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding process at all times.
6. In case of dispute the auctioneer's decision shall be final.
7. All merchandise must be paid for on the day of the sale.
8. Any bank interuption or stoppage of payment will be turned over to legal authorities and all cost will lie at the purchasers expense.
9. All bidders are bound by their signature on bidders registration agreement.
10. You are responsible for all items charged to your bidding number.
