ServCorp International, Inc. - BUYER REGISTRATION AGREEMENT This sale is conducted by ServCorp International, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Auctioneer”) on behalf of the Louisiana Property Assistance Agency (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”). The auction is open to the public, but all persons wishing to participate by bidding on any of the items must register with the cashier, sign the Registration Agreement and obtain a bid card number. By signing this agreement, bidder is in agreement with and bound by the Terms and Conditions. 1. All items will be sold as is, where is. Auctioneer and Seller make no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, on the items for sale and does further state the items are to be sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE. The buyer acknowledges that he is relying solely on his or her inspection, and accepts all responsibility for examining any item offered for sale. Some items may have a minimum bid (reserve). 2. ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS 3. The Auctioneer/Seller reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids/increments being offered and add, group, delete, or match at the auctioneer/sellers discretion. Any announcements by auctioneer before the thing is sold take precedence over any printed/oral statements. 4. The bidder is responsible for knowing which items they are bidding on. The item is sold when the auctioneer declares to the sales clerk the item’s number, bid card number and accepted bid amount. Buyer must pay for each item upon which his bid is accepted by the Auctioneer’s declaration to the sales clerk. 5. All items purchased must be paid for in full on the day of the auction. Cash, cashier’s checks, certified checks, money orders and Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express will be accepted. Any checks over $10,000 must have a current bank letter guaranteeing payment. Business or Personal Checks, with proper identification, will be accepted up to $10,000 without a bank letter and will be verified through Auctioneer’s check service. If your check is not approved by Auctioneer’s check service you will need another form of payment. A 5% handling fee will be charged on all payments other than cash, cashier’s check or business/personal check presented with a bank letter of guarantee. Bank letter must be good for 10 business days from date of auction. Sample bank letter is on web site at slidellauction.com 6. Buyer’s Responsibilities: Buyer assumes full responsibility for all items purchased when the auctioneer declares it sold. Any winning bidder that does not pay for and claim item will not be allowed to register at future auctions and furthermore, items that are paid for but not removed will also cause same consequence for buyer. Auctioneer and Seller are not responsible for security of items purchased, which include lost, stolen or damaged items. Items left on the premises are at Buyer’s own risk. 7. Sales tax will be charged on items required to be taxed unless the buyer has a current dealer’s resale certificate that is presented upon registration. 8. Nothing removed until paid in full. Removal of items on Sale Day and Monday through Wednesday from 8AM to 4PM. Seller reserves the right to change pickup times without notice. 9. The buyer hereby assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneer and Sellers from any current or future claim which shall pertain to the fitness, use, damage, safety, injuries to persons or property that may have occurred during the auction or that may have been caused by or during removal or use of items purchased. Neither auctioneer nor Seller assumes responsibility for any accidents or loss due to theft, fire, vandalism, or personal injury. 10. Buyer assumes responsibility for the items that have been paid for and left on the premises, including but not limited to, risk of damage, liability caused by said item, and removal of said item. We will run 2 Auction Rings. “Ring 1″ will start inside with some computer stuff, office furniture, various equipment, industrial equipment, etc beginning at 8:00 AM. “Ring 2″ will start outside with vehicles, heavy equipment at 10:00 AM. Both rings will continue selling simultaneously.

Pre-registration and inspection: Wednesday – Friday, April 11th, 12th & 13th from 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM. Registration on auction day begins at 7:00 AM.

All items must be paid in full on auction day within one hour after the auction has ended. Payments must be made by cash, check, or credit card. A 5% handling fee on credit card (V/MC/D/Amex) payments and checks without a bank letter guaranteeing payment will be collected. Business or Personal Check’s up to $10,000 without a bank letter will be accepted with proper identification and will be veriifed through Auctioneers check service. No counter checks accepted. Auctioneer uses a check service for Checks up to $10,000 without a bank letter. If your check is not approved you will need another form of payment, no exceptions. All checks over $10,000 MUST have a bank letter guaranteeing payment or you will need another form of payment. Bank letter must be good for 10 days from auction date. Bank Letter must be addressed to ServCorp Int'l, not Brown's Auction.

FROM THE WEST:
Cross the I-10 Mississippi River Bridge and take the Nicholson Drive exit. At the end of the exit, veer right toward Nicholson Drive. Turn right on Nicholson Drive and go to the 1st light which is South Blvd. Turn left on South Blvd. Cross St. Phillip's Street and immediately turn left on to Brickyard Lane.

FROM THE NORTH:
Come South on I-110 and take the Government Street exit turning right on Government Street. Turn left at the light on St. Phillip's Street. Turn right at the light onto South Blvd. Immediately turn left on to Brickyard Lane.
