Adam Marshall Auctioneers will contact you about your purchase. Good company or personal check accepted. Must be sent in the mail no later than the day after the auction. Wire transfer is accepted with a $20 additional fee. Returned check fee is $35. Credit card accepted under $500 with 3% fee extra.
If you are claiming your sales tax exemption for resale, agricultural, or parts exemption, you will need to fill out the Nebraska Form 13. We will email it to you after the auction. You must fill out, sign, and mail with your check.
Online bidders have 10% buyers premium capped at $500 added to their purchases. No buyers premium onsite.
Items with titles are subject a $25 title transfer fee.
Currency Type: USD
Shipping Instructions: Buyer is responsible for all shipping logistics and costs.
Preview Date & Times: Up to one week before the auction at the Phelps County Fairgrounds in Holdrege, NE.
Checkout Date & Times: All items must be removed by March 27th, 2018. Loading from 10 AM to 5 PM on Wednesday March 21st. Loading by appointment on Thursday & Friday only. No Loader after Friday, March 23rd.

Driving Directions: Located at 1308 2nd St., Holdrege, NE. The Phelps County Fairgrounds are located on the East end of town, just south of the railroad tracks.
Special Terms

TERMS: Payment in full day of auction by good check. Personal or company checks will be accepted. Immediate possession of the property given upon the auctioneer saying "sold" and full possession after complete settlement. The auction company is not responsible for your items if they become damaged or stolen. Everything sells in “as is” conditions – no warranties - all sales are final. Items with titles are subject a $25 title transfer fee.
Inspection: The property is available for public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and other attributes of the property. Adam Marshall Auctioneers may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction, but makes no representation.
