Auction Date & Location: Martin Auction Services, L.L.C. (“Auctioneer”) will offer the property for sale at online auction, the property listed in this brochure. The Auctioneer will represent the Seller at this event, bidding will open on February 5th and begin to close at Noon, CST, on March 5th 2018. This auction will take place on –line. Bidder Registration: All bidders will be required to register to bid. A deposit of $250.00 will be due to Martin Auction Services, L.L.C. to be eligible to bid on a property, this will be a refundable deposit if you are not the winning bidder, or it will be credited toward the deposit if you are the winning bidder. The $250.00 will serve as confirmation that a bidder is bonified. This amount will serve as a portion of the final deposit payment which must be raised to 10% of the final bid price within 24 hours after bidding is closed. Auction Procedures: Conduct of the auction will be the sole discretion of the Auctioneer. The Auctioneer has the right to reject any bids and will be the final authority as to the bidding increments. Auctioneer reserves the right and authority to eject any bidder from the auction for any reasonable grounds deemed appropriate by the Auctioneer. Documentation made by the Auction Company before the auction closes will supersede any prior written or oral information. Bidders agree and understand that any property may be removed from the auction at any time by the Seller. Real Estate Sales Contract: The property is offered for sale on and subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Real Estate Sales Contract. A copy of the contract may be found on-line at www.martinauction.com or one may be obtained from the Auctioneer prior to the auction for review.
