Listing Terms and Conditions
This is an online only auction that begins closing on MONDAY, January 29 at 6:00pm at a rate of15 items per minute! A 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased (Example: If your winning bid is $10, you will be paying $11). A 6% Sales Tax will be added to all items purchased. If you are exempt from paying Sales Tax (farm, use, resale, etc.), you will need to fill out an Exemption Form. Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Michigan Check (with Driver's License), PayPal or Visa/MC/Discover. NOTE: No Credit Card payments or PayPal will be accepted on individual items selling for over $2,500.00. No out-of-state checks will be accepted. No personal checks written for over $500 will be accepted - unless the buyer is known by Albrecht Auction. Please call our office for check approval. This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension (See Term '9905' Below). FIRST TIME BIDDERS: In order to bid, you must first register on our site by clicking the "Register to Bid" button at the top of our webpage. Read through the terms, fill in the required personal information, submit it, and you will instantly receive an E-mail containing your permanent online Bidder Number. HOW TO BID: First, locate the item that you would like to bid on. Next, place your "Maximum Bid" in the box to the far right of the item listing (The column will be titled "Maximum Bid"... scroll to the top of the page to see column headings.). Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your Bidder Number and Password in the appropriately labeled boxes. Click "Submit Bids." Read and follow the on-screen instructions. NOTE: A "Maximum Bid" is your top dollar bid. When you place a "Maximum Bid," our computer software will bid for you (up to that top dollar amount) as other bidders bid against you. If the bidding stops before the bid reaches your top dollar amount, you will get the item for the current bid price (which may be much less than your "Maximum Bid"). E-mail us at info@bidnow.us if you have any questions! FORGOT BIDDER NUMBER OR PASSWORD? Call our Office at 989.823.8835 or Click "Forgot Bidder # or PW?" at the top of our webpage. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to all items purchased (this becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice). BIDDING EXTENSION: On the final day of the auction, the bidding time remaining on an item will display below the "Maximum Bid" box. If an item receives a bid within the last 5 minutes of its closing, bidding time will be extended on that item. When bidding is extended, the countdown will turn red. Bidding will close on an item when there is no more bidding activity within the bidding extension. GROUP EXTENSION: Group extension will work in harmony with our existing automatic Bidding Extension feature (See Term '9904' Above). Albrecht Auction will sometimes group together similar items in an internet auction and place them in a bidding extension group. If a bid is placed on a grouped item within the last three minutes of its closing, ALL ITEMS WITHIN THAT GROUP will receive an automatic bidding extension! When no more bidding has occurred on any item in a group for the specified time, all items in that group will close simultaneously. NOTE: When similar items are included in a group for bidding extension, you can bid aggressively on any one item in the group until you have met/exceeded the price you are willing to pay for that item. You can then shift to any other item in the group without worrying that it closed out while you were aggressively bidding on another. PREVIEW DATES: FRIDAY, January 26, from 12pm to 3pm; SATURDAY, January 27, from 9am to 11am; MONDAY, January 29 (the day this auction closes), from 12pm to 5pm. If for any reason you do not receive an invoice by e-mail, please review your bids following the close of the auction to see what items you’ve won. If you will not be able to make checkout times listed above, it is your responsibility to make arrangements for your items to be paid for and picked up by Saturday @ 11. If your items are not paid for and picked up by Saturday @ 11, you will be assessed a late/storage fee (minimum $5 fee), and we will automatically charge your card on file. STORAGE: If you are not able to pay for and pick up your items during a scheduled checkout day, please call to make payment and have your items placed in storage (for an additional fee). Your paid items will be stored for 19 days(the duration of two checkout weeks and the time in-between)until February 17, 2018. This feature only works if you are LOGGED IN. REFRESH: On the final day of the auction, the bidding time remaining on an item will display below the "Maximum Bid" box. Below the bidding time remaining will be a "Refresh" button. As items near their closing time, BE SURE TO CLICK THE "REFRESH" BUTTON OFTEN FOR THE MOST UP-TO-DATE BIDS! Click the item number, the "more pics" link or the photo to the left of an item's description to view additional photos. EASIEST WAY TO WATCH THE AUCTION CLOSE: ALL "OPEN ITEMS": When the Auction begins closing on MONDAY, January 29 at 6:00pm*, you will be able to view all "Open Items" that bidding has not yet closed on. HOW TO SELECT ALL "OPEN ITEMS": Click on the "Select Category" box towards the top of any page of item listings. A list will drop down - click on "ALL OPEN ITEMS" and only items currently open for bidding will display on the page. NOTE: The "Open Items" category/link appears ONLY AFTER the auction begins closing. *Items will be closing at arate of 15 items per minute. NOTE: Item descriptions are provided by the sellers/consignors. If you are not able to inspect listed items during one of our regularly scheduled preview days, feel free to call or E-mail us to verify item descriptions. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" - Albrecht Auction Service, LLC ("Albrecht Auction"). SELLERS FURNISH ALL AUCTION ASSETS TO BUYERS "AS IS," UNSUPPORTED, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ALBRECHT AUCTION AND SELLER DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Assets are sold in their actual current condition, with all faults and defects, and with all errors of description. ALBRECHT AUCTION'S liability to a purchaser will never exceed the actual purchase price paid for an asset. Bidders accept all auction assets "with all faults", whether or not immediately apparent. Bidders are responsible for ascertaining actual current condition through personal inspection and careful review of the description, pictures, video and/or support documentation. Every bidder agrees that his or her decision to bid and the amount he or she bids have been based solely on his or her own independent inspection and evaluation of the auction assets. Bidders are strongly advised by ALBRECHT AUCTION to take care to satisfy all questions or concerns about the auction process, bidding process or auction assets before placing a bid. Auction company cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The auction company, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots (or the entire auction) that were affected by any malfunction or for any other reason. Watch List Feature: Once you are logged in by placing a bid on a single item, you can go to any item and see a 'watch' link under the bid box. If you click on 'watch' it will put the item in your 'review bids' list. When you are looking at your 'review bids' list, you can hide the item once you no longer want to watch the item. This feature only works if you are LOGGED IN. Quick Bid Link: A 'submit bid' link is now available underneath the bid box for each item. Once logged in, you can begin using the submit bid link by each item instead of scrolling to the bottom of the page to submit the bid. Decimal Point Required: To help reduce the number of bidding errors, bidders are now required to use the decimal when bidding. If you forget the decimal, it will not accept your bid when you hit submit. It will display "There is a problem with the bid you are trying to place. A decimal point is required." Note: You are not required to use the zeros after the decimal. Example: A bid of '5.' will record as 5.00 . Next Bid Required: If you'd like to automatically place the "Next Bid Required", simply click on the bid amount listed in that column (underlined in blue) and it will automatically be entered in the "Max Bid" box.

NOTE: Item descriptions are provided by the sellers/consignors. If you are not able to inspect listed items during one of our regularly scheduled preview days, feel free to call or E-mail us to verify item descriptions.
