Phil Riner Auctions has been commissioned to sell AT AUCTION the surplus assets comprising the contents of Winter Haven Hospital's 85,000 sq ft former Corporate Offices, Restaurant/Diner, Warehouse Facility, Maintenance Shop, Classrooms, and Print Shop.
TWO AUCTIONEERS SELLING SIMULTANEOUSLY.
One will be selling office furniture, medical equipment, pallet racks, warehouse shelving & whse contents, room full of file storage racks, and inventory in the print shop. Will start with the restaurant contents.
The other will be selling the restaurant equipment & supplies & dining room furniture, classroom desks, maintenance shop contents, floor coverings, floor scrubbers, transformers, electrical & plumbing supplies & fixtures, one room full of cubicles, large lot of cubicle components, large lot of gray metal shelving components, and more. Will start with the pallet racks, warehouse shelving, and 2000+sf storage platform.
