In the case of a large built-in item (walk in cooler, etc.) the buyer may be required to hire a professional removal company, that is fully qualified and insured. The auction company will have one person on site to insure that you have access and do not damage the building. The Sweet n Savory brand is making way for a new restaurant concept in the pub space called Epicurean Grille. The post states Epicurean will be where classic roots meet modern creations.
