All items won in auction must be paid for and picked up on the specified pick up/loadout dates in Auction. Buyers who bid and win and do not pay or pick up their items shall be banned from future auctions including those buyers with declined credit cards.
Buyers who require their purchases to be shipped shall be subjected to paying immediately for their items and shipping will be charged upon the item being shipped via carrier. All shipped items shall be insured for the safety of the Buyer and Auction.
Auctioneer reserved the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and may not have to provide said reason for refusal of service based upon behavior, failure to pay or pickup items, and any other reason deemed just and proper by Auctioneer.

This is a multiple estate auction and will have antiques and collectibles from various estates. All bids made are deemed binding. All purchases are to be picked up on the designated pickup and loadout times stated in auction terms and conditions. Any purchase not picked up on the specified pickup loadout date(s), buyer shall have their card charged on file and property will be disposed of. Due to lack of pays and declined cards on file, any person who has a declined card shall be banned from Hibid and notes shall be forwarded to all auction houses on Hibid.com of those persons who cannot comply with pickup/loadout times and fail to pay or otherwise defraud the auction.
