Auction will be held November 5th, 2017 beginning at 7pm and end Sunday November 12th, 2017 at 9pm, Clean title available. Car will be a North Carolina purchase by law, so out of state bidders will have to complete transaction through a power of attorney form issued by North Carolina and pay all fees and taxes stipulated by state. Winning bidder is responsible for all expenses related to transfer of title, taxes, etc. in North Carolina.
There is an 8% buyers premium added to final bid. Car has a reserve. Bidders may inquire as to reserve amount only if car does not sell at auction, and may make offer to purchase at that amount AFTER auction has ended. Payment must be made by wire transfer of funds or cash. Bank checks are acceptable but no transfer of title until check has cleared or deemed legitimate. No credit card payments. If paying by Paypal, an additional 3% fee must be added to bid amount.
Car is sold as is, where is with no guarantees or warranties implied by seller or auction firm. Auction house will assist in shipping issues. Bidder is responsible for all shipping charges.

Beautiful 1994 Cobra Mustang has powerful 5.0 with 5 speed transmission and over 260 HP. White exterior with very clean beige upholstered interior. Car has had some modifications as listed below, but original or stock parts are available and go with the purchase (as listed). The car is located in the South Asheville, NC area and will be available for a preview time and date to be determined. Information will be available and posted prior to start of auction. 1. Steeda G-Trac stage 1 suspension kit from Steeda (caster/camber plates, strut tower brace, front and rear coil springs)……… Have the original suspension 2. Diablosport SuperChip… it was programmed specifically for my car. Simply remove the chip to go back to stock. 3. Motorcraft Underdrive Pulleys (Includes alternator, crank, and 1 more… have originals 4. King Cobra clutch kit…….. have original 5. MSD coil 6. MSD Distributor Cap and Rotor button…. Tune up – don’t have originals because it was a necessary maintenance 7. Motorcraft spark plugs (I think they are platinum plugs) and upgraded 9mm motorcraft plug wires…. Tune up – no original parts. 8. New head unit for radio….. Have original radio with cassette player 9. Optima battery 10. Quick disconnect on negative battery terminal 11. Brembo cross drilled rotors on Front AND Rear …… Have originals 12. X Pipe exhaust system with true dual exhaust. 13. 2 chamber flow master mufflers 14. No catalytic converters 15. All original books for this car and pamphlet for 1994 mustang. 16. Original Window sticker from this car when it was new
