$130,000 minimum opening bid. 10% Buyers fee will be added to the bid price to make the purchase price. $10,000 deposit is required within 2 days of an accepted offer. The balance is due at closing within 45 days. Title will pass with a warranty deed or a trustee deed. Seller will provide title insurance. Taxes will be prorated to the closing date. The successful bidder will sign a Wisconsin Offer to Purchase agreement. Closing will be within 45 days of the auction, by September 25, 2017. Real estate is sold clear & free of any liens, taxes or other encumbrances. Your bidding at this auction is based solely upon your inspection and due diligence. Real estate is sold as is, where is, with NO written, expressed or implied warranties. Real Estate is sold subject to seller approval. This auction features an auto bid extend. Auction end times: Beloit Auction & Realty Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified times. Beloit Auction & Realty Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes of bidding the auction bidding will automatically be extended 5 minutes from the time the bid was placed. ie: If an auction is scheduled to close at noon, receives a bid at 11:59 the close time will automatically extend five minutes. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 5 minute time frame.
