The Local Auction Company Inc. We are pleased to present another great self storage AUCTION at J & J Self Storage. Located at 2015 RT. 34 in Oswego Illinois.
Saturday 10-7-2017 900am we start selling 8 lockers at this time this is a cash only sale no exceptions We will be on premesis for approximately 90 minutes after the last locker is sold. we would like all items to be removed while we are on premises . This is not a must. You can get it out ASAP. If you need to rent back the locker feel free to do it. Management would like all items removed the same day of the auction.
If you are coming to the AUCTION , EXPECT TO BUY A LOCKER AND BRING ALL NECESSARY PICK UP TRUCK AND LABOR TO MOVE YOUR ITEMS.
