BY SUBMITTING ANY BID YOU ARE SIGNIFYING ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Chesapeake Auction House.
1. All bidders must register with the Chesapeake Auction House and give full identifications to bid including a valid credit card.
2. Full payment is due on completion of sale. All Sales are Final…. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Master Charge, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card.
4. All purchases must be paid in full before any merchandise can be removed from the premises.
5. All items must be removed within one week of the close of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Buyers assume responsibility for any/all shipping arrangements. Shipping is available with a shipping and handling fee. Contact us for a quote. Merchandise left after that time will be considered abandoned and may be resold without notice. Your credit card will be charged for all purchases whether removed or not…. NO EXCEPTIONS!
6. There will be a 13% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot sold. Chesapeake Auction House is required by Maryland law to charge state sales tax of 6%. Any bidder wishing to use a tax resale number must have a resale number on file prior to the auction.
7. Chesapeake Auction House takes great care in the description and representation of all items, but these items are offered "as is" and "where is". The auctioneer and seller make no representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, fitness or condition. The bidder is encouraged to inspect before the bid.
8. The Auctioneer hereby reserves the right to group, reduce, add or delete lots.

Buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneers and the Sellers from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from, any injuries to persons or property caused during the auction or during the removal of items purchased. This is an "Online Only" Auction starting October 4, 2017 - 5 PM and ending October 12, 2017 - 7 PM. A Buyer's Premium of 13% plus 6% sales tax will be added to your invoice at the close of the auction. Items must be picked at the auction house within a week after the auction, unless other arrangements have been made with the Auction House.

Consignor says it was never used. 112 Shiny Large Black Patent Leather Brighton Purse This purse is about 3.5" by 12" across the bottom and 11" to the top before the handles. It is soft sided with plenty of expansion room. It comes with a dust cover bag. The inside tag says it is leather. There is one outside pocket and several on... 113 Black and Brown Croc Leather Brighton Purse Across the bottom this is about 5 by 9.5" and is 8.25" tall without the braided straps. There is one pocket on the inside and one on the outside. The interior is solid black. It has never been used and comes with a dust bag. 114 Vintage Hardwood Silverware Chest/Contents This measures 15.75 long by 11 deep by 6" tall. The exterior shows a lot of use. Much of the flatware in the top is Wm Rogers while the bottom contains many miscellaneous pieces. 115 Brass Bankers-Type Lamp With Green Glass Shade This lamp is about 14" tall. 116 Small Old Blue Metal Slant-Top Good Year Box/Contents. This is 13.25" long, 8" deep and 7" tall at the back. It shows a lot of rust and must have hung on a wall. The contents are included. 117 Very Old Wall Mirror This mirror is 26" tall and 13.5" at its widest. The frame needs re-worked as there are some missing pieces. 118 Two Metal Elvis Signs The top sign is about 12.5" by 16" and the other is slightly smaller. The top one is dated 2001 and the other, 2006. 119 Boxed 5 CD Elvis Set This set is called Elvis, From Nashville to Memphis, The Essential 60's Masters I. 120 6 Horse Statues by Breyer, Imperial and Others The back 2 are not marked. The middle black and left brown are by Imperial. The smallest is a Breyer. The last one is a vintage porcelain statue made in Japan. 121 Old Bavarian Creamer, Sugar and Tray This set has an unusual metallic finish and is porcelain. The tray is also marked Victoria China, Czechoslovakia. 122 6 Various Steins and Mugs Included is a Miller Lite and an Avon. The metal one is by Wilton Co. The tall white one in the back left is European. 123 6 Glass and Porcelain Mugs and Steins The stein in the back is Avons tribute to firefighters. The eagle in the back is vintage Napcoware. The stein at front left is from Japan. The 2 glass steins reference Salem, Ship Grand Turk, 1786. 124 Tray of 8 Mugs Two are from Germany, one is a Dale Earnhardt, 2 are metal and 3 are glass. 125 6 Small Pieces of Lenox The vase is the Serenade pattern. All are USA pieces except for the smallest swan which was made in China. 126 6 Vintage Porcelain Heritage House Music Boxes These were all made in Taiwan. The pig is slow to play and the bear is missing the winder. 127 4 Pieces of Art Glass The orange piece is from Partylite for a votive candle. The 7" peacock is Murano glass. The sailboat and green fish are not marked. 128 2 Religious Decorative Pieces The 11" tall picture with the head of Jesus is late 50's to early 60's and is on a slab of wood. The other 15" long piece is heavy and may be chalkware. It has some age on it and shows a little edge wear. 129 Tray Lot of Pottery and Vintage Candleholders Plus The 8" vase in the back is bisque. The hummingbird candle holder is Yankee Candle. The one on the far right is from The Jersey Pottery. The two in the front are vintage and made in Japan. 130 Vintage Pipe Rack and Glass Tobacco Humidor/Container. This is a rack for 10 pipes. 131 3 Glass Gold Rimmed Candleholders /6 Sherbets The tallest pedestal candleholder is about 9.25" and the smaller ones are 7" tall. The little sherbet sets are vintage pressed glass. 132 Green Cloth Basket, Wood Corner Shelf Plus All items have some age on them. The wooden rocker holds spools of thread, scissors and miscellaneous Items, the shelf is about 15.5" long and the other piece is a hand made holder of some sort. The basket Is about 17" across with no holes. 133 Basket, Brass Wall Pocket, Cutting Board Plus The basket is hand painted, the wall pocket is English and the small box is from Eddie Bauer. The approximately 8" square bear pictures are signed needle work with the frames showing some rub marks. 134 4 Small Pieces of Gray Porcelain Plus 1 of Pottery All of the gray pieces are vintage and were made in Japan. The 3 vases cite Fine China, Japan. The 6" blue and cream pottery piece is a container for whatever. 135 Wooden Pedestal Fruit Compote/Wooden Salad Bowls These are all vintage pieces. The bowls have probably never been used and all has been in storage. 136 Glass and Pottery Assortment The narrow green vase is about 10" tall. The clear green glass piece is hand made as is the handled pottery pitcher. The fishing boy is stained glass and the numbered cow is Kudzudora Duncown from Cow Parade, made in 2003. 137 Tin Angel Votive Burner, Small Wooden Shoes Plus The tin piece is about 11.5" tall, the vintage Dutch wooden shoes are about 7" long and ready to hang and the carrier is shallow and 14" long. The tiny chimes have a sweet high chime. 138 Spirit of '76 Plate, Vintage Serving Pcs Plus All three back pieces are vintage made in Japan pieces. The four desert pieces are contemporary. 139 Pedicure Kit, 2 Banks, Hair Combs, Bowl The pedicure kit takes batteries, both banks have their stoppers, the bowl is pressed glass and the combs are not too old. 140 Starred Glass Hurricane and Arcoroc Xmas Platters All have their boxes. The red and green 13" platters were made in France and both have the same pattern. The hurricane is 10" tall and is from 1997, made in India. 141 Spindle Hall Table Painted blue on the bottom. Measures 29.5" tall, 29" wide, and 18" deep. 142 Gold Colored Upholstered Chair Measures 38" tall. Very comfortable with minor surface wear. 143 Large Portable Maric Timing Clock Battery operated. Has a plastic frame. Measures 34.5" tall and 30" wide. 144 Pair of Ornate Upholstered Armchairs by Hickory Furniture. They have engraved Queen Anne legs and a pink patterned upholstered seat and back. Very little surface wear.
