The Tillsonburg & District Multi-Service Centre (MSC) is a non-profit, charitable organization that delivers Meals on Wheels to vulnerable seniors in the Tri-county area for 35 years. We believe that everyone, regardless of age or income deserves to have a healthy and nutritious meal.
