There is a 15% buyer’s premium added to the final bid price to determine the final contract sale price. We accept cash and Credit cards/Debit. No Checks. 3% fee for anything other than cash. You MUST inform the auctioneer at registration if you wish to pay cash. 

LOAD OUT: Loadout will be Friday September 22, 2017 from 11am-7pm only. If you cannot meet these times, please do not bid. When picking up, please remember to bring your own labor, boxes, transportation, and tools. Think of our staff as tour guides, as they are not allowed to assist due to liability issues.

AUCTIONEER’S NOTE:  Nancy and Brent Umberger spent 50 years here. Brent has been gone for 12 years and Nancy has decided to sell her home and belongings. Mrs. Umberger has entrusted us to auction her personal property. Mr and Mrs Umberger both taught for many years. Additionally they owned and operated Sportsman's Haven for many years.
