WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2017, 2pm CST(3pm EST)
AT: 10200 N.250W., Michigan City, IN 46360
Take Harbor Country Rd (239) south of New Buffalo, to W.1000 N. then west to 250 Rd. From Indiana take St Rd 39 north from U.S. 20 to W.1000 N., then west. Watch for signs.
 
REAL ESTATE: APPROXIMATELY 63 ACRES OFFERED IN THREE COMBINATIONS.
COMBINATION 1: Includes Parcel A and Parcel B
COMBINATION 2: Includes Parcel C and Parcel D.
COMBINATION 3: Includes all 63 acres.
