(2) Just like on TV – We’ll open the door, Bidders view the contents from Outside the unit, let the bidding start!
(3) Full payment in CASH due immediately upon the fall of the hammer on each unit. Plus, an additional $50 refundable cleaning deposit per unit.
(4) Successful Buyers shall have 48 hours to completely empty the unit and if they do so the $50 deposit shall be refunded at the Grand Motel Office in front of the Storage Units (918) 801-2343.
