TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This auction is timed , on line only bidding. Pre-bidding is available at any time prior to the opening of the live auction. All property is sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS', and ‘ALL SALES ARE FINAL’. Requests to cancel bids after the closing of a lot will be denied. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor by the title and description information along with the photographs provided. Bounds Auctions has endeavored to fully and completely describe the merchandise in its text and photographs and warrants that each photo represents the actual item offered. Much of the photography was performed on site, with color corrected or natural lighting. Every attempt has been made to properly represent the merchandise. In no event shall Bounds Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value and condition. Auction and all documentation is in English only; all communication with auction company must be in English. All payments must be US denominated. Inspection: Inspection of the merchandise is encouraged and is by appointment. Auctioneer will need to be contacted in advance and be notified as to which lots are to be inspected. Auctioneer must be present. When bids are made, sales are final and no returns are accepted for any reason other than receiving the wrong item. Should an item be damaged in shipping, the buyer will have purchased insurance to cover said loss and collect from the carrier’s insurance directly. Under no circumstances will the Bidder hold Bounds Auctions or any of its agents responsible for any problem created by the internet auction service provider. Buyer agrees to pay the buyer’s premium, any on-line provider fees and all related packing and shipping costs. BUYER'S PREMIUM: 13 % Electronic bidding platform fee and finance fees included By registering to bid, Buyer agrees to pay the buyer’s premium. Bounds Auctions will make every reasonable effort to respond to all emails or phone calls up until 24 hours before the sale. We advise that you register to bid in the auction as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that bidders registering the day of the auction will be approved. Unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer prior to opening of live sale, all bids are per lot as numbered. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any property at any time. DETERMINATION OF HIGHEST BIDDER: The highest bidder accepted by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. In the event of any dispute the auctioneer may determine who the successful bidder is and his decision shall be final. Your bid is a legally binding contract. Upon the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, title will pass to the highest bidder, and the property is thereafter at the purchaser's sole risk and responsibility. Participants must register and be approved to bid before the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to deny approval for any reason. PAYMENT Payment is due at the close of the auction, upon presentation of the invoice to the buyer via e-mail. Wire transfer is the preferred method of payment and is made available directly through the invoice. Buyer is responsible for all transfer fees. Live Auctioneer’s Payment is available at an additional 3% Fee. SPECIAL NOTE: The auction company is not responsible for any moving, packing or shipping. If you choose, it may be possible for you to arrange to pick up your merchandise by appointment with the auctioneer in the week following the auction. You MUST notify Bounds Auctions prior to the start of the auction if you intend to pick up items for which you are the winning bidder. You must provide your copy of the paid invoice and identification at that time. Please keep in mind that the majority of these items are kept in a secure environment, therefore advance notice must be given and pick up will be at a location subject to the approval of Bounds Auctions. You will need to provide all of the necessary packing materials, and all labor to move your items. Buyer is solely responsible for all transportation, taxes, title and registration fees.
