BY SUBMITTING ANY BID YOU ARE SIGNIFYING ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Chesapeake Auction House.
1. All bidders must register with the Chesapeake Auction House and give full identifications to bid including a valid credit card.
2. Full payment is due on completion of sale. All Sales are Final…. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Master Charge, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card.
4. All purchases must be paid in full before any merchandise can be removed from the premises.
5. All items must be removed within one week of the close of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Buyers assume responsibility for any/all shipping arrangements. Shipping is available with a shipping and handling fee. Contact us for a quote. Merchandise left after that time will be considered abandoned and may be resold without notice. Your credit card will be charged for all purchases whether removed or not…. NO EXCEPTIONS!
6. There will be a 13% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot sold. Chesapeake Auction House is required by Maryland law to charge state sales tax of 6%. Any bidder wishing to use a tax resale number must have a resale number on file prior to the auction.

The auctioneer and seller make no representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, fitness or condition. This is an "Online Only" Auction starting August 30, 2017 - 5 PM and ending September 7, 2017 - 7 PM. A Buyer's Premium of 13% plus 6% sales tax will be added to your invoice at the close of the auction. The Shiny Brites are vintage USA. All items are nice. We have tested nothing. 48 New Gumball Machine and Hershey's Milk Truck The gumball machine is 9" tall and is cast metal with a glass globe. It is still all wrapped up in the box. The truck feels like tin and is vehicle series canister #1. 49 Three Good Books These are all in good condition and rather large. The top 2 are hardbacks. The largest on the bottom is 10.25" x 14.25". 50 Second Lot of Nice Books Only the top 2 are hard backs. All are nice. 51 Old Electric Seth Thomas Mantle Clock This wooden clock is about 15" long. We could not get it to work. 52 SIGNED "Shore Food" Cookbook and Corn Set The cookbook is a complete guide to shore food. The corn service set is plastic and only lacking one corn holder. It is probably a 50's set. 53 Marvy Barber Bottle This is a No. 4 disinfectant & germicide bottle, about 10" tall to the knob. 54 Cookie Jug and California Pottery Snack Set The cookie jar is not marked. The snack set is about 15.5" long 55 Lot of Brass and Pewter The round piece in the middle back is from Ethan Allen and is heavy. The silver colored weighted vase in the front has dings, is from Holland and among other words on the bottom, cites pewter. 56 Two Large German Vegetable Bowls and Wedgewood The 9.5" bowls are big and deep and are both marked Bavaria on the bottom. The 3 piece set of Wedgwood has Countryware on the bottom. 57 Book About the Beatles--1968--Hunter Davies This book is called "The Beatles, The Authorized Biography". It is c1968 and is a first edition. 59 Four Books on Historical Matters The top three are all hardbacks and are a little skewed from not having been stored right. The oldest is on the left--1959. 60 Very Old One Speed Waring Blender This needs cleaned up but still works. In the bag is a blender gasket. There is a chip in the hard plastic lid. 61 Red Pitcher and Red Vase These both appear to be art glass pieces. The 10" pitcher has an applied handle and the 8" vase is full of bubbles. 62 Large Villeroy & Boch Tureen and Wade Pitcher The tureen is about 14" to the handles. The Wade is for Royal Salute Scotch Wiskey. 64 Two Vintage Bisque Battery Operated Clowns The tallest is 11" tall. They are marked Product of Japan. We have not tested them. 66 Odds and Ends Lot This lot includes a hand painted oil lamp base, an Iris and Herringbone vase, a green hand blown pitcher and a large vintage ceramic salt and pepper set. 67 Roseville Ohio Batter Bowl/German Farina Cannister The batter bowl's finish is crackled. It is oven proof and dishwasher and microwave safe. The old canister has a large hairline crack. 68 Large Dark Green Fenton Pot This piece is labeled Fenton on the bottom but it was made in Italy. It is 6" tall. 69 Raggedy Ann/Andy Plastic Stapler/Pencil Sharpener These items are about 6.5" tall and were made in Hong Kong. They are from 1974 and '75. The bottom is off one of the Andy's. 70 Two Vintage Boxed Sets of Glasses-12 Days of Xmas These are complete sets of glasses made by the Indiana Glass Company. The other two pieces are heavy and the mirror is beveled. 104 Art Glass Rooster--Solid Glass, This rotund guy is about 9" tall. 105 Wall Mount Metal Rhino Head This fairly heavy piece is almost 12" long and is from India. 106 Very Heavy Cast Iron Horse Head Horse Tie Down This is a piece to which a horse is tied after the rider dismounts. There are holes on each side for screws. It is about 11" long. 107 Large Pink etc Vera Bradley Purse/Bag/Satchel This one is about 14" across the bottom and 8.5" tall. It has been carefully and lightly used. 108 Light Weight Metal Deer or Stag Head This head is about 14" high, 9" from ear to ear and extends out from the wall about 5+ inches. The metal is unknown. 109 Three Small Oil Lamps The tallest is 10" and the smallest is 8.25". Two are porcelain and the one on the right is glass with a metal base.
