WINDMILL, LAWNMOWERS, TOOLS, HOUSEHOLD, ANTIQUES, PRIMITIVES AND COLLECTIBLES.

APPROX. 40 FOOT TALL WINDMILL TO BE SOLD STANDING. ( you buy it "where is; as is" and you move it)

12.5 HP / 38" cut Yard Machine riding lawnmower, Troy-bilt 18.5 hp / 42" cut riding lawnmower. (Both these mowers need batteries at list and could or could not be running at auction), Chicago Electric 180 amp. stick welder (nice one),approx. 5 old gas push mowers, new 2 point barb wire (probably 3/4 of a roll), one new roll of woven wire and another piece of a roll, several steel fencing t post, 5 hp. Kohler engine w/ horizontal shaft and 2 more engines with horizontal shaft, floor jack, large leveling jack stands, claw hammers, welding clamps, c clamps, several rolls of black electrical tape, alum. step ladder, shop fridge (works) another gold G.E. refridge that runs, 5' flat bed cart, blk. craftsman poly lawn cart, approx. 200 gallon oil tank on stand, antique seeder on iron wheels, 1 bottom plow, spike tooth harrow, some scrape iron, 2 row cultivator, 30" Agri-Fab lawn sweep, old 6 H.P. Johnson boat motor ( no paper work), bolt cutters, large shop a frame for pulling car engines, antique garden plow, roll of r-13 pink panther insulation, old tires and wheels, some nice implement wheels, barrel pump, large antique floor jack, Large antique house jack, antique garden plow, good heavy duty tow bar, log chains, front end cutting walk behind brush cutter, approx. 1 cord of firewood, 3 metal cabinets, set of metal steps, 5 H.P. air compressor, lots of long handled lawn and garden tools, tool boxes, and lots more. No way to list it all!!!

BBQ grill, old metal lawn chairs, old well pump, old metal stool, old kids toys, youth bed, wicker basinet, old antique Peoria cry. co. cream can, old round table with Queen Anne legs in kit form, old drop leaf desk, old metal office desk, old chairs, electric organ, exerciser, twin bed, several nice glass bells (at least one Fenton), humidifier, dresser, tons of Christmas stuff, some probably old, kids back packs, 1969 Britiana Encyclopedias, office chairs, vacuum cleaners, doll door stops, kids toys and games, There will be more as the Grims prepare to move.

 Auctioneer's note: Steve and Beth have bought a house in Mason City and are moving. They are still unsure what they are taking and what they are leaving, So expect some nice surprises to be added to this auction. This was the home of Beth's parents (Paul and Ida Jockisch)None of them ever threw away anything !!
