Household items will sell first thing (won't take long) Tractor and mower will sell about noon. Due to the heat we may run two rings some to get done before it gets real hot.

8N Ford tractor,(good straight tractor, runs well, a restorers dream) 6' blade, Toro 19 hp 52 inch cut zero turn time cutter riding lawn mower ( really nice),  Snapper rear till tiller, Snapper push lawn mower, Snapper 8hp riding mower ( could or could not be running but complete) high wheel lawn cart (antique wheels) Craftsman push gas lawn mower, 2 old reel push mowers, 1939 Illinois license plate and several more old plates,old generac generator, metal fan, alum. step ladder, some horse related items, 20' steam pipe from American distillery (would make an excellent flag pole), old wood wine barrel, Electric cement mixer, large pile of scrape iron, old lumber, wheel barrow, 3 1/2 ton chain falls' shovels, forks, rakes and etc., furniture dolly, 2 wheel alum. dolly, old peddle tractor, roll of new barb wire, approx. 1 cord of seasoned oak firewood, steel t fence post, antique ladder jacks, antique flare kit, keg beer cooler, antique David Bradley chain saw, Craftsman upright rolling tool box ( jam packed full at listing, will sell separate, Many, many nice wrenches and etc.)Craftsman 35-230 stick welder, large 220 fan, 1 1/2 ton floor jack, folding car ramps, jeep hubcaps and more collectible hubcaps, comealongs, pipe wrenches, cresent wrenches, lots more farm related tools and items.

TABLE SAW, craftsman 10" MITER SAW ON STAND, Craftsman oscillating spindle sander, Craftsman 6" belt sander, Craftsman 16" direct drive scroll saw, Craftsman router table w/ router, Guardian power 5 sp. HD.drill press, power painter kit, 20' alum extension ladder, Blk. and Decker sabre saw, air hose, 3000 power washer, furniture clamps. Mr Gordon bought all this woodworking stuff new, he has all the manuels for each item, He only made a few bird houses. A lot of this stuff is barely used !!

AUCTIONEERS NOTE; Mr. Gordon literally built this place by hand. He is a master of all trades and good at all of them. This little farm in the middle of town is very unique.
