This auction consists of the contents of a home that will be selling at auction later this month. This will be timed online only bidding for these items. Pickup Times: Friday, March 24, 2017 from 9am-4pm and Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 8am-12noon ONLY. All items that are remaining on property after Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 12noon will be donated and NO REFUNDS will be given. All furniture, large items, contents of cabinets, closets, etc are for local pickup only. NO EXCEPTIONS. Smaller lots that may fit in a maximum box size of 14″x14″x14″ can be shipped by the UPS Store. Shipping of these items will be shipped by the UPS Store at the Purchasers expense. The UPS Store will be in contact with you about costs and payment. All items are sold AS-IS. We do recommend that you attend the preview on Sunday, March 19, 2017 from 2-4pm to inspect all items in the Auction. Preview of the Real Estate will be at this time also.
