This is an excellent one owner collection. 100's of original movie theater posters, lobby cards, inserts, and movie stills dating from the 1940's - 1980's. We will be adding a link for online bidding soon. Hundreds of photos will be added up to auction date. The owner is now retired but began collecting movie theater posters while he was still in high school. He worked for United Artist Theaters in Chicago and managed 2 of their theaters before moving to Plitt Theaters also in Chicago and managed 3 of their theaters then became a film buyer. As a film buyer the movie industry has taken him to Los Angeles and back to Atlanta in different aspects of the movie film business. He has acquired 100's of great posters throughout his career and we are excited to bring you this collection through our auction. Preview will be Tues. and Thurs. by appointment starting in March.
