An online bid is a legally binding contract to purchase, if you do not agree with the terms of the auction DO NOT BID. This is a simulcast auction with live and online bidders using software provided by a third party. If a floor bid comes in at the maximum bid of an online bid, the floor bid will stand as it comes in first. The auction company, consignors nor the hosting company will be responsible for any discrepency in bidding, missed bids, internet outages or disputes of price. All bids are logged into our computer software at the fall of the hammer in the live auction. At the conclusion of the auction you will recieve an email with an invoice of items won after the auction is conluded and a full accounting is done. All questions regarding merchandise should be asked before the auction begins. If you are going to pick your jewelry items up you must notify us in the "NOTES TO AUCTIONEER" section that appears when you register as shipments are ususally made on auction night.
