Auction starts at 10 AM on 12/17... We will be auctioning the contents of 30+ storage units on December 17th. The auction will be on the McGuire/Ft Dix base. Use Lat 40.035145, Long 74614518 in your GPS for actual auction site. There is no bldg/street address for this location. This is a lien auction. Successful Buyer/Bidders will be buying the entire contents of each storage unit. 48 hours removal time. A $50 cash, refundable clean out deposit is required upon registration. Lock & Leave Storage will hold all deposits and refund all said deposits after unit inspection, i.e. all units will be removed of all property. (Deposit will be returned once the unit has been emptied.) Locks cut day of sale. TERMS: Full payment in cash at the conclusion of the auction. 15% Buyers Premium, 7% sales tax added unless you are a reseller/dealer (bring a copy of your resale certificate). The auctioneer / Storage Facility reserves the right to accept or reject any bids. All terms day of sale take precedence. Please pre-register by emailing us your name, drivers license # and date of birth! This will ensure that there is no delay in getting through security at the main gate. Pre-registration for base access ends on Tuesday the 13th. Our email is auctions@sunrise-antiques.com. No Washington State or Minnesota licenses will be accepted. Passports and or Green Cards may be used in lieu of the drivers license. If you do not pre-register there may be delays at check-in. Please go to the Welcome Center at the McGuire gate to check in on auction day. Please check-in at Bldg 3021, this is McGuire Blvd, Trenton, NJ. You will need a valid drivers license, registration, and current insurance card. No COMMERCIAL vehicles will be allowed on base. Directions to base: take Rt 545 in the direction of Ft Dix/McGuire, bear to left onto the Defense Access Rd, stay straight until you see the Main Gate. Enter welcome Center on your left for check in. Directions on base: after going through security, go to circle and exit onto Tuskegee Airman. Go to traffic light and turn right on Arnold Ave/Brody Rd. Make right on McGuire Rd. Go all the way to the end. Signs will be posted.
