REMOVAL DATE. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of Buyer at time of purchase, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from sale premises. The date by which all merchandise must be removed from the premises will be announce by Auctioneer at the sale. Bidder agrees to pay any storage charges assessed by Auctioneer on any item or items not removed by bidder by the removal deadline. 6. RESALE. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full on auction day. 7. DISPUTES BETWEEN BIDDERS. Upon the fall of the hammer, or when the Auctioneer says “sold”, title on the property shall pass to the highest bidder. Should a tie or dispute arise between two or more bidders, the Auctioneer may reopen the bidding between the high bidders until the property is sold. The decision of the Auctioneer shall be final and absolute. 8. The Auctioneer is not responsible for errors in bidding by anyone. Please double check your catalog or your bid sheet and bid on the correct lots. If a mistake is made please notify the auctioneer immediately during the auction. 10. RESERVE. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item before or during the sale, to regulate the bidding, to bid on behalf of the owner, to combine lots and to accept or reject any and all bids.
