CONDITION: All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE. All sales are final. All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s). PREVIEW: There have been a lot of calls wanting to inspect the items being sold next Tuesday night. There will be a preview of the items on Tuesday, November 22 from Noon until 4 PM. These items are stored in trailers behind Crabtree Mall, on the corner of Crabtree Valley Avenue and Edwards Mill Road. They are inside of a fenced construction equipment area, in front of new apartments being built. PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice. If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have 24 hours to make full restitution, with another credit card or cash. If you fail to pay your invoice IN FULL within the first 24 hours, Wester Auction reserves the right to sell the items on your invoice. In addition, you may be removed from our approved bidders list, and not be allowed to purchase from us in the future. REMOVAL: There will be 2 different removal periods for the items being sold. The items marked with *** after the title will be removed from the storage containers locaed on the back side of Crabtree Mall on WEDNESDAY, November 23, between the hours of Noon and 9:00 PM. The items marked with ### in front of the title will be removed from the storage containers located behind Cabriolet Motors, 9520 Lumley Rd, Morrisville, NC 27560 on Saturday, November 26 from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. The buyer agrees to meet the removal schedule posted. The auction company will unload the sold items from the containers and the buyer will then load into their vehicle(s). Any item remaining after the removal period will be deemed abandoned and will be discarded at the discretion of the seller. SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: in the event that we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selction will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.)

The Tomato Pie restaurant in Crabtree Valley Mall has been transformed into the Crabtree Beer Garden. During the remodeling numerous items that were bought new 4 years ago were removed and placed in storage. These items are not going to be needed and MUST BE SOLD. In addition, the company has several items in storage at another location that were saved to use in thie Tomato Pie or one of their other fine dining restaurants. These items have been deemed surplus and MUST BE SOLD AS WELL. One of the items is a 60 qt mixer, purchased BRAND NEW 4 years ago and NEVER USED.
