Terms & Conditions (additional terms and conditions to be added) 1.The User Agreement is an agreement between the Site Owner Dynamic Auction Group LLC and You. By accessing and or using the site you agree to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions posted here and/or in our office. 2.Any Announcements made by the Auctioneer take precedence over all written material, marketing or previous announcements. 3.All Bidders must be 18 years of age or older and must provide a valid Identification and a major credit card to register for a bidders number all bidders must have a bidders number to bid during the auction. This auction requires a $1.00 Refundable Deposit in order to be approved to bid. 4.You, the bidder, are responsible for all bids. Bidding shows you understand and agree to the terms and conditions. All bids are final. Bidder understands and agrees when a bid has been placed it cannot be retracted. 5.All items are sold As Is, Where Is with No warranties or guarantees of any kind. All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. Bidder inspection is provided to bidders. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. 6. Dynamic Auction Group reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. 7. Dynamic Auction Group reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen or postpone an online auction due to system failures. 8.All sales are final. No refunds. 9.Payment can be made by Major Credit Card or Certified Check or Wire Transfer for bills totaling more than $1,000 10.Credit Card Payment will be handled through a third party. We are not responsible for their service. 11.10% Buyers Premium applies to each purchases. Call our office for any inquiries about the Buyers Premium. 12.The bidder is held accountable for the purchase price, buyer’s premium, taxes and any other fees or expenses for any item/lots. ALL payment methods must be approved by Dynamic prior to bidding. If for any reason payment is not received, Dynamic will hold items/lots until purchases are paid in full. If bidder defaults on payment, you, the bidder, are responsible. 13.Pick-up and Shipping is the responsibility of the Bidder. If Bidder requires items to be shipped, Bidder must inquire BEFORE bidding to verify that facilitation of shipping is available for the items in question as there is no guarantee that facilitation of shipping is available on any particular item. Shipping facilitation fees may apply. Pick-Up will be held on site. Bring invoice and valid identification.Bidder must provide valid ID in order to remove items. 14.Bidder must remove goods during scheduled pick up time as set forth within each auction. Removal dates and locations can be found at the end of the terms and conditions. If bidder does not remove goods at this time, Bidder will still be charged in full for the item but forfeit the item(s) to Dynamic Auction Group LLC unless prior arrangements have been made between you and Dynamic Auction Group LLC 15.Bidders are responsible for their own inspections and are not to soley rely on the information provided. A preview and inpection have been made availble to buyers. Once the buyer has completed their purchase they are fully resposible for their items and removing them from the auction location. 16.Dynamic Auction Group LLC is not responsible for accidents, lost, broken, misrepresented or stolen items.
