Credit Cards will be accepted for this auction. All items must be paid for in full before removing items from the auction site. All sales are final. There are no minimum starting bids; however, the Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any and all offers on the items at his/her sole discretion.

This auction includes items from several estates in the area. There is furniture, art, pictures, dolls, knick knacks, vintage items, jewelry, and many other items of interest. The auction will start closing on March 24th at 6:00 p.m. and pick up will be scheduled for March 25th from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at 156 Burnetts Way Suffolk Va. 23434. The last building in the Applewood office complex. Any item or items that are not picked up within five days from the assigned pick up date will be considered abandoned and will become the Auction Companys' property. In the event you fail to pick up your winning items during the set date and times your items (s) will be considered as abandoned and they will then become the property of the auction company. The Auction company will ship your item (s) if you are out of the area and will advise you of the shipping charges prior to shipping. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be charged to the buyer’s credit card in addition to the high bid cost and buyer’s premium for any and all items.
