PAYMENT: All bills must be paid in full within 72 hours of sale closing. Either by cashier's check or wire transfers. There is a 10% buyer's premium on all things under selling for under $1,000 and 1% on items selling for $1,000 and up. COMPLIANCE WITH TERMS OF SALE: In default of payment of bills in full within the time therein specified, the auctioneer in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages. Lots not paid for and removed within the time allowed herein may be resold at public or private sale without further notice, and any deficiency, together with all expenses and charges of re-sale, will be charged to the defaulting purchaser. SALES TAX: Purchaser shall also pay all applicable New York Sales Taxes. Buyers from outside the State of NY will be exempt from sales tax if they provide proof, an approved tax exemption status form and exception certificates that are acceptable to the State of NY.
