In the event of a quantity count difference, the final transaction price will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis only. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER ON ASSET CONDITION - If you are purchasing any assets without viewing them, you are doing so at your own risk. We will do our best to provide photographs of each asset being sold. At Northern Kentucky Auction, we do not use "stock" photographs or use one photo to represent multiple lots. Our policy is to provide at least one photograph of every lot that you are purchasing. Northern Kentucky Auction LLC Reserves the right to change/alter descriptions as needed to better describe and preserve accuracy. Shipping and Removal - NORTHERN KENTUCKY AUCTION DOES NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS. Each auction will have a designated removal date. There will be no staff to help you box, pack or load. You MUST bring your own boxes, packing material and enough help to load items. Any assets not removed from the premises by the close of the designated pick up time become the property of the NORTHERN KENTUCKY AUCTION. NO REFUNDS for items not picked up. Bidders may arrange shipping / moving with the company of their choosing. However, we do recommend The UPS Store, Florence, KY, Phone 859-746-1182. Be sure to have the Auction Name and Lot numbers you plan to bid on so they will be able to give you an accurate estimate for shipping before you bid. Third party shippers must present your rmsil invoice before items will be released. Once items are released by the winning bidder to a third party, such as a shipping or moving company, Northern Kentucky Auction, LLC, assumes no liability. Each winning bidder is responsible for paying 6.0% Kentucky sales tax (unless tax exempt) on their purchase directly to the Auction Company. If a winning bidder is exempt, they must provide a copy of their tax-exempt certificate to Northern Kentucky Auction prior to or at time of payment / checkout. . Additional terms may be announced or modifications may be made as necessary and items may be removed prior to any bids being received at the auctioneer's discretion. These terms are subject to change. Bidding Tips . Maximum Bid: Using the "maximum bid" feature can be a real time and stress saver . Sniping: Due to rounding and the imprecision of minutes left, do not wait until the last minute to bid. Sniping doesn't work with the "soft close" system;. Give yourself a cushion of time to make sure that you don't lose the items. Questions: All questions regarding any auction should be directed to Northern Kentucky Auction LLC.. Any member of our staff would be happy to answer your questions and make this an enjoyable auction experience for you. Bids will be taken with the understanding that the bidder will honor their winning bid with sufficient funds including all applicable taxes and fees. Do not bid if you do not intend to pick up or arrange for your items to be shipped..
