Auction Terms & Conditions Bidding Terms & Conditions: Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you win, you will be charged for your winning items, buyer's premium, as well as, shipping costs If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. We charge the card you register with, within 24 hours of the auction close. We do NOT accept charge-backs. Invoices are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed. Full payment must be made by the date and time listed on your invoice. All payments will be processed by Currency Pay. If we do not hear from you by the payment deadline, your items will be resold and your account will be suspended. SHIPPING: Shipping is available at the buyer's expense. We use USPS and attempt to use the most economical way possible. Insurance is an extra charge and we will automatically insure items over $250 unless buyer tells us not to, in writing. All items must be paid for before they are shipped. Items to be shipped cannot be removed from the location without payment. Items not paid for within 1 week of the auction close will be forfeited and bidding privileges revoked. All items not picked up during the pick-up time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold. A 5% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid amount when invoiced. We have a $1 charge for packaging and handling. We do our own shipping via USPS. We ship as economically as possible. Coin Authenticity: We guarantee the accuracy of metal content and accurate weight of gold and silver items. We have made every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns.
