All items must be paid in full the day of sale by CASH ONLY. The buyer of the storage unit will be responsible to remove all contents of the storage unit and leave the unit empty and in clean condition. All items must be removed from the premises within 3 hours of purchase or have a scheduled date for removal with Clemmer Moving within 1-week of sale. A $50.00 cash deposit on each unit bought will be charged. The deposit will be returned upon total clean out of the unit.
