Auction Terms & Conditions Items in the auction are sold AS-IS. There is no guarantee expressed or implied on any of the LOTS/ ITEMS in the auction. We make every effort to provide accurate information and photos. Please be sure to check photos closely or schedule a time to see items in person if you have any questions. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Payment: Payment MUST be paid within 72 hours after the auction. You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction via email. If you are paying cash or want to run your card in person let us know when you will be picking up your winnings. We take credit cards and cash at pickup, cards over the phone, or you can run your card online once you receive your invoice. Please note that if payment or acceptable arrangements are not made within 72 hours, you forfeit your winnings. Items may be offered to the next highest bidder. We ad an 10% buyer’s premium to all purchases. This is typical and covers auction expenses. Pick Up Terms: All items need to be picked up by the following Monday after the auction. Or acceptable arrangements made. You may either: 1.) Stop by the Friday & Saturday following auction closing between 11-2. Text when you are on your way so we can get your winnings prepared (contact info in the invoice we email to you) or... 2.) Schedule a pickup the Sunday or Monday between 11-6 by texting the phone number on the invoice. Shipping: We ship to the throughout lower 48 states. This is typically for items that are under 25 lbs. and approx. 20" in diameter (see the items eligible for shipping in the auction). We keep the costs as low as possible. If you request shipping we will bill you for your shipping separately for your items and after we confirm your shipping address. And after you have paid the invoice for items won in the auction. We will include flat rate shipping for upfront shipping prices, as we are able. Be sure that your address is correct on your invoice. Unclaimed Lots: Any unclaimed/ unpaid lots after 78 hours will be considered abandoned and dealt with at our discretion. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
