Music City Auction ONLINE ONLY “AuctionWon” 1997 Ford Ranger XLT (“AuctionWon” is an exclusive Music City Auction Online Only Auction of a Single, High Value or High Interest Lot) Auction Begins on Thursday, December 24, 2020 @ 3:00PM CST Auction Begins Closing on Sunday, January 3, 2021 @ 6:00PM CST Hard to find, 1997 Ford Ranger XLT, black with gray interior. 130,313 miles, 4.0L, 4x4, 5-speed with manual transmission and 7ft. bed. A/C blows cold and heater blows hot. Well cared for by single owner (elderly gentleman), with no accidents. At 110K miles, the intake manifold gaskets were replaced. At 112K miles, the rear brakes were replaced. Smooth shifting transmission with a lot of life left on the clutch. There are no apparent leaks. The tires have a lot of tread life left on them. However, they are from 2013 and may need replacing due to age. The front end of the truck appears to need some work, but it has not been diagnosed. It seems to need ball joints and bushings. There may be more, but when driving, that is all that’s noticeable. Interestingly, this truck does have a factory error- it is equipped with fog lights. However, when it was assembled, they forgot to install the switch to turn them on and off. This truck is available for viewing by appointment only.
