Addition to or withdrawal from sale The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed or to sell at this auction items not listed, and reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two or more selling lots. Whenever the best interest of the seller will be served, the auctioneer reserves the right to sell all the items listed in bulk. Minimum bids may be placed on some items. The auctioneer has the right at his absolute discretion to refuse any bid. The highest bidder shall be the buyer at the hammer price.
Dispute between bidders If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide the same or may immediately put the lot up for sale again, and resell to the highest bidder. The decision of the auctioneer shall be final and absolute.
Condition of items sold: Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an as is, where is' basis, with all faults. We strongly encourage all bidders to personally verify the condition of each item during the scheduled preview times. No responsibility is assumed by R&T or the seller for any errors or omissions. No claims will be allowed after goods are removed from premises.
Payment: All items must be paid for in full the evening of the auction. We accept Visa, Mastercard and interac etransfer. Items can be paid for anytime throughout the sale and removed immediately after they have been paid for. All purchases will be subject to 13% HST. Removal: All items must be removed the night of the auction. R&T has a delivery service as an option to you. All details of delivery must be agreed upon by both parties prior to items being left at an auction site. All items left behind without consent of auction management will be deemed abandoned, seized and resold
