Look before you bid. All items are sold as is, where is without guarantees of any kind. There is a 10% buyers premium in effect for today’s auction. A 3% buyer’s premium/surcharge is added to all credit card transactions. All items must be paid for today. All sales are final. You are required to pay sales tax at today’s auction, unless you hold a valid tax resale number and have it on file with our cashier. As soon as you become the winning bidder at auction YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for the items purchased, even if you have not checked out yet. You are advised to guard against theft, loss and/or breakage. The order of the sale has already been established. Please do not ask to have items sold out of order.
Please do not move merchandise without auction personnel present. Any person caught tampering with tags, rearranging merchandise or shoplifting, will be prosecuted. Plain-clothes personnel are present.

Please join us September 17th at 5PM for an auction filled with various items. We host a preview from 1PM-5PM, and encourage you to register during this time. This month's auction features commercial kitchen equipment, furniture, catering supplies, art, Christmas, office, miscellaneous household items, kids toys, purses, and so much more. There is something for everyone. Our staff also serve up some yummy fixins' along with complimentary coffee all night long. Please visit us at 274 Lumpkin County Parkway, Dahlonega, GA 30533. We are open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, and every third Saturday for auction. We welcome your consignments as well. Let us turn your ASSET TO CASH!
