When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments must be made before any items are removed from the property. Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. The bidding will begin to close on Monday, September 14 at 7:00 PM and close at the rate of three lots per minute with a one minute auto extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of the end of the auction the auction for that item will auto extend for an additional minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute.
