All firearms purchases will require a background check.
This is an online only auction with bidding through Hibid. Bidding will end in numerical order with 4 items ending every minute. If there is bidding activity in the last 2 minutes, the end time will be extended 2 minutes until there is no further bidding for 2 minutes. Extending the end time for an item does not change the end time of the following item, so there may be several lots ending simultaneously. You may bid anytime up until the ending time for each item. TERMS: Credit and debit cards may not be used for titled vehicles, tractors, or ATVs. These must be paid for with cash, cashier's check or personal check.
All gold and coin purchases in excess of $1000 must be paid with wire transfer, cash, or certified check unless we know you personally.
You will have to register to bid in this auction. The registration process with Hibid is one-time. You will not have to go through the registration process for future auctions. If you do not wish to register with your credit card, please contact our office and we will assist you with options. If you have difficulty with registering or if you are unsure about the process, or if you just want help bidding, call our office and we will be glad to help you with it. Online bidders will pay a buyer's premium of 10%.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING: We accept cash, credit cards, PayPal, and checks. Local buyers can use credit cards, cash, or personal check. Nothing will be removed from the auction site until it is paid for. WE WILL GLADLY SHIP ANY ITEM YOU WANT! If you want us to ship your items, the cost of packing and shipping will be added to your total and a new invoice will be sent to you showing the total due. We ship in-house with reasonable handling charges. Payment is expected within 48 hours of invoice for shipped items. If you wish to make payment arrangements other than credit card for shipped orders, we ask that you contact Black and Gold Auctions at least 24 hours before the auction. We will be happy to work with you in that way.
IMPORTANT CHANGES EFFECTIVE October 1, 2020: Black and Gold Auctions offers liberal pickup times for your purchases (three days for the Wednesday Auction). For those who do not pickup in a timely manner, the following will apply:
1. All unpaid invoices will be charged to the credit card registered with HiBid at 12:00 noon on Saturday following the auction end. If the card is declined, bidding privileges will be suspended until payment is made.
2. If you do not show for pickup and do not contact us, there will be an automatic $5 charge added to your invoice. If you have large items, furniture, or multiple lots, that fee will be $5 per item.
3. If you have a second instance of not picking up, that fee will be $30 and your account will be put on hold until you have everything picked up.
4. If your invoice remains unpaid after 7 days, your items will be resold and your bidding privileges will be suspended indefinitely.
5. If your paid invoice items are not picked up within 10 days of auction end, they will be forfeited and resold with no refund given.

No feeding or clean-up required! It's heavy and the head swivels. 80 Misc Christmas Lot A dancing Tigger, a singing Santa, and a box of decorations to kick off the holidays! Santa runs on two C batteries, but Tigger requires a power supply that we don't have. He also has a tear behind his leg. 81 Frabill's Min-O-Life Floating Minnow Bucket Its a fishing bucket with a sieve on a string that can be pulled up to drain water. Handy! 82 24" Nautical Wood Ship's Wheel This neat wheel measures 24" from tip to tip. A great decoration for any ocean lover. 83 7'5" Floral Couch This couch has a floral pattern print all over and is about 7'5" long. It has a relatively light wood frame, but bring an extra set of hands to help maneuver it anyway. 84 Small Desk with Flexible Work Light This desk stands 4.5' tall and has a flexible work light (not tested). It also has two drawers, one of which has a lock but no key. There is a shelf below the leg space for a printer or other storage. The top partition slots into four pinholes, but ... 85 Craftsman Workbench with Storage This lightweight workbench has a 54" x 20" surface with multiple storage drawers and a cabinet underneath. 86 Project Dresser Stand This set of drawers is 43" tall by 28" wide and would just love a little sanding and a new paint job. 87 Sears Scroll Saw & Misc Pail A vintage corded scroll saw and a metal pail containing nails and other accoutrements. 88 Tall Table Lamp This bad boy stands almost 35" tall. Nice looking lamp of unknown manufacture with wiring that looks old but intact. 89 Vintage Bench Grinder with s Spark Shields Apparently this "Speed-Grinder" once belonged to Thor, so don't pass it up! 90 Dark Wood Display Shelves These shelves stand 51.5" tall and come with a pretty topper that needs to be reaffixed to its base. 91 Glass-Top Coffee Table This table measures approximately 30" long x 24" wide x 20" tall and has a pretty row of slats underneath to lend it support. The finish could be touched up, but it's pretty nice as it sits. 92 Blue LA-Z-BOY Recliner This recliner has an untested electrical component and could use a cleaning but is very comfy. Cornflower blue or periwinkle? You decide. 93 6' Tall Display Cabinet This dark wood cabinet has two front-facing doors: one for the top two shelves and a lower door for the bottom section. It has two untested skylights and would make a nice companion for the cabinet in lot #11. 94 "E Pluribus Unum" Solid Wood Rocking Chair This rocking chair is in great shape. We couldn't find a maker's mark, but it has a bald eagle bearing the national motto,"E Pluribus Unum" (from many, one) engraved into its headrest. 95 Two Matching Table Lamps & End Table These lamps could be twins if not for the mysterious fact that one sits slightly taller than the other. The shorter one has a couple small stains as shown in the second photo. The small end table would make a good restoration project. 96 Gilded Dresser This chest of drawers is 45" wide and 31" tall. All boards are 12", longer four are 12 foot and shorter one is 7 foot. Great in house or for projects! 114 Great Old Barn Boards & Barn Trim Straight from the barn, just taken off. Sixteen boards and seven pieces of trim. Fourteen boards are 11-12" wide and 36-39" long. Trim is 3" wide in random lengths. 115 Twelve Old Barn Boards With Character Taken from the barn this week are great old boards! Longest board is four foot by 11.5 inches. Boards are 13-18" wide and approximately 39" long. Two boards on end of picture are split but could easily be put back together. Has been reworked with new veneer on the top and rebuilt drawer boxes. Top veneer has a seam up the middle and is slightly bubbled in spots but overall this is a great using piece 121 1930s walnut veneer buffet/sideboard Scuffs and bumps but structurally solid. One foot partially missing as shown but lots of potential for this piece 122 Unusual curved wood oak rocker Big roomy rocker has curved spindle back, rounded arm trim.
