TERMS OF SALE Payment Instructions: Following the close of the auction, invoices will be emailed to winning bidders. Bidders must inform the auction company if they require shipping on eligible items within 24 hours of receipt of invoice – a modified invoice will be generated reflecting estimated shipping and handling. Steve Dance Auctions accepts Visa, Mastercard, approved check (certified funds preferred), money orders and cash. Local pick up is available by appointment. All items must be paid before pick up. Scheduling is available by calling 410-823-3993 or emailing Steve@SteveDanceAuctions.com. Items must be picked up during the scheduled window. Items left after 30 days following the close of the auction will be considered abandoned property, which will be disposed of by the auction company without liability to the defaulting bidder. Shipping Info.: After settlement of your bill, where shipping is requested by the bidder, eligible items will be shipped and insured via FedEx Ground or FedEx flat rate packaging when applicable; items must be insured for the value of the purchase price plus buyer’s premium. All shipping and insurance costs will pass through to the purchaser and a handling fee of $8.00 per shipment will be added to your purchase amount. All sales are final. A 20% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the highest bid as part of the purchase price, regardless of payment method. All lots sold “As Is”. Please note: unfortunately, the accuracy of lot descriptions cannot be guaranteed.
