We will ship guns direct to FFLs, after we receive a copy of the license.
We require a valid drivers license and NJ FID card in order to do the onsite NICs checks. We reserve the right to require e-Check payments from out of state buyers.
All announcements subject to error and omission.
We will ship all firearms that can not be picked up locally! All other lots may be picked up locally or shipped through our shipper. Our online shipper will not ship any firearms.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL GUNS ARE SHIPPED ACCORDING TO NJ STATE LAW. NJ DOES NOT RECOGNIZE C&R LICENSES. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID NJ FID CARD THEN ALL GUNS MUST SHIP TO A FFL WHO WILL TRANSFER THE GUN ACCORDING TO YOUR STATE LAW. THE ONLY GUNS THAT WE CAN SHIP DIRECT ARE ANTIQUE LONG GUNS (1898 and earlier). PLEASE CALL US AT 888-639-4443 WITH QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING.
We generally ship guns within a week after the auction, and send out email invoices and tracking numbers! If you have a question on shipping please call us 888-639-4443.

1. All items are sold as is - where is - without any guarantees of any kind. We will do our best to accurately describe all items and their characteristics. However, Sunrise Antiques makes no guarantess to operability or condition of any firearm. Sunrise Antiques strongly suggests that you physically inspect or have your agent physically inspect all guns prior to purchase. There are live previews before each auction. Please call or email us with any questions prior to bidding, view our website or come to the in-person previews. All sales are final! No returns, No refunds of any kind after a gun or any other lot has been sold!
2. There is a 15% buyer's premium in effect that will be added to the final selling price of each individual firearms lot. There is a $25 NICs/tranfer fee on a firearms transactions. This is if you buy one gun or 10 guns. It is a one time fee for the total transaction.
3. We accept credit, cash, wire transfer, money order or personal/business checks for online purchases that need to be shipped. We reserve the right to accept only eChecks for out of state guns transfers. We will only ship guns to licensed FFLs. If you purchase a gun online and and want to physically pick up, all forms of payment are accepted.
4. All live, hall bidder and online purchases must be paid for on auction day with cash, money order, chec, eCheck or credit card.
5. There is a $25 NICS charge for all NJ firearms transfers/NICs checks.
6. No long gun will be transferred in NJ without a FID card, Drivers License, 4473, NICS, and Certificate of Eligibility.
7. No handgun will be transferred without a FID card, Drivers License, 4473, NICS, and Permit to Purchase.
8. We will do out of state sales and transfers to the respective state FFL dealer. All out of state purchases must be shipped to an FFL. If a firearm is not compliant in purchaser state we will not ship the gun. All buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
9. In the event of clerical or clerking errors during the online auction, all live bids will take precedence over the online platform.
10. There is a packing fee of $25 for each long gun shipped and $10 for each handgun. All guns sales are handled by in house packing.
11. Once again look closely before you purchase any firearm or other lot. All items are sold as is - where is - without any guarantees of any kind. All sales are final! No returns, No refunds of any kind after a gun has been sold!. Good luck at the auction...
12. If a car is in auction, Titles to cars / motorcycles will be provided after payments clear.
