These items will have a 10% buyer's premium and sales tax of 9% added to purchase on general merchandise, small equipment, etc. Vehicles Vehicles are located at Stokes Auction Acres, 8397 SE Spring Creek Road, Port Orchard, WA 98367 We will offer preview by appointment only for vehicles on the dates of November 16, 17, 18th. Call to make an appointment (360) 876-0236. Fees on Vehicles $150 buyer's premium, Sales Tax 9.3% and title fees will be charged during your appointment with Stokes Auction to complete the title documents. Document fees start at $134.25 and go up. Look under individual lot details for photo of fee description and estimate. Vehicle Fees will be NOT shown on your invoice.
